Effective Date: July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Knife & Fork Bakery OS platform and cloud operating system.

1. Platform License & Acceptance

By registering an account, onboarding a bakehouse store, or utilizing our point-of-sale and kitchen telemetry tools, you agree to abide by these terms in full. We grant your registered bakery a software license to operate bakery production schedules and manage customer orders during an active subscription period.

2. Subscription Billing & Payments

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring schedule as selected during store registration. Payment obligations must be satisfied in advance of each billing period. Promotional rate guarantees remain valid for the duration of the prepaid billing cycle commitment.

3. Allergen Safety Compliance

While Knife & Fork Bakery OS provides dietary tagging and ingredient tracking tools, the operating bakehouse or culinary facility retains full legal responsibility under applicable local food safety laws for accurate allergen disclosure and prevention of kitchen cross-contamination.

4. Proprietary Recipe Data

All custom culinary recipes, ingredient formulas, pastry designs, and customer transaction records stored within your store workspace remain your exclusive proprietary property.
