1. Information We Collect

We collect store account credentials, bakery contact coordinates, production output logs, and customer delivery preferences required to operate your custom order schedules and kitchen display systems.

2. Use of Store Telemetry

Your transactional and operational telemetry is utilized strictly to power automated recipe math, inventory replenishment notifications, and financial reports within your dashboard. We do not sell or share sales volumes or recipe formulas to external marketing networks or competing retail bakeries.

3. Database Isolation & Encryption

We implement tenant isolation across individual bakery workspaces. All data transmitted between physical kitchen terminals, scanners, and our cloud platform is encrypted via industry-standard security protocols. You maintain sole ownership over your customer contact lists with rights to export or remove personal records upon request.

4. API Tokens & Security

API client keys and secrets generated within your store dashboard are used exclusively for secure terminal communication. You are responsible for safeguarding active API credentials and may regenerate keys at any time from your account settings.
